At Southern Oregon Bokashi, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be simple and convenient for you.
Return Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or (541) 450-5789 within the 30-day period to start the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Confirmation and Shipping Label: Once your return is confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid USPS shipping label via email.
Packing and Shipping: Pack the item securely, attach the provided USPS shipping label, and drop off the package at any USPS location within 2-4 days of receiving the label.
Processing Time: Upon receipt of your returned item, please allow 2-4 days for your return to be processed. We will inspect the returned item and process your refund or exchange as applicable.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement. We will cover all shipping costs in the case of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items may be exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:
